The Little England Cottages (LEC) was the most biggest project completed by Oreta Hi-Tech Windows. LEC Gated Community is designed, developed, landscaped, maintained and managed by Jaysons Realty (Pvt) Ltd, a Sri Lankan family owned real estate company authorized by the Sri Lanka Board of Investment (BOI). Most of the houses (Cottages) has been developed according to the Georgian architecture. Therefore, designing uPVC doors and windows was very challenging. But our specialized team carefully designed elegant uPVC window and door designs which were ideal for the architecture. We completed 8 sites in LEC during the year of 2017.
අප ආයතනය මගින් සම්පූර්ණ කළ දැවැන්ත ම ව්යාපෘතිය ලෙස නුවර එළිය නගරයෙහි පිහිටා ඇති “ලිට්ල් එංගලන්ඩ් කොටේජස්” හඳුන්වා දිය හැක. ඉතා මනරම් ප්රදේශයක පිහිටා ඇති මෙම අති සුඛෝපභෝගී නිවාස පද්ධතිය ශ්රී ලංකා ආයෝජන මණ්ඩලයේ අධීක්ෂණය යටතේ Jaysons දේපල වෙළඳ සමාගම මගින් නිර්මාණය කරන ලදී. එංගලන්තයේ ජෝර්ජියානු ගෘහ නිර්මාණයන්ට අනුව මෙහි නිවාස නිමවා ඇති අතර එයට ගැලපෙන ලෙස uPVC දොර ජනෙල් නිර්මාණය සහ නිෂ්පාදනය කිරීම තරමක අභියෝගයක් විය. එය සාර්ථකව ජය ගනිමින් නිවාස 8 ක් සඳහා දොර ජනෙල් නිර්මාණය කොට සවි කිරීම 2017 වසරේදී අප ආයතනය මගින් සිදු කරන ලදී.
